Meadowlark Design Build is seeking a Residential Architectural Designer to join our team. This position will guide Meadowlark clients through the design and build process, using knowledge of residential design and construction and a strong process orientation to play a role in sculpting the project.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience using Archicad
• Ability to draft, design, detail, and modify residential project designs/plans while applying standard architectural techniques/procedures
• Understanding of building design and systems and general construction processes
• Practical experience working with architectural drawing sets, elevations, cabinetry, finish selections and interior details
• Ability to complete weekly deadlines
• Strong listening, follow-up, collaboration, and closing skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A high level of motivation
• Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced, open-concept office environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interiors or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years Design experience (Residential preferred)
• Be highly organized with an eye for detail
