We are seeking a vibrant Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer phones, provide general information, refer callers to other staff or take messages.
• Greet and direct guests accordingly.
• Monitor office supply inventory and orders supplies as necessary.
• Schedule and coordinate employee events and giveaways.
• Makes logistical arrangements necessary for internal and external meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office products.
• Highly organized with an attention to detail.
• Work harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal are required.
• Strong work ethic including the ability to self-manage work load, take direction and participate with others as required.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish).
