Capability to lead and coordinate community meetings and work with board members to achieve community goals
Capability to resolve conflicts and address issues within the community effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage budgets, schedules, and maintenance tasks
Ability to manage time to effectively
Manage after hours calls while on rotation
Attend evening community and board meetings, ability to lead when needed
Attentiveness while performing routine property inspections
Develop a well thought out annual budget
Direct the activities of others.
Communicate orally and in writing with employees, owners, board members
Knowledge of real estate principles and practices, finance, and facilities management.
Knowledge of building maintenance and repair procedures.
Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to acting in the best interest of the community.
Familiarity with property management software and other relevant technology tools
Required education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
5 years community association management experience.
Has CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or willing to obtain.
