Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR management practices, be highly organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Assist in succession planning initiatives to identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Maintain accurate employee records through data entry and management systems such as PeopleSoft and Dayforce.
- Support organization design efforts by collaborating with management on workforce planning and structure.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement in employee retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and performance.
Skills
- Proficiency in Human Resources Management systems such as iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and Dayforce.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, employee orientation, and organizational design principles.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Familiarity with succession planning strategies to support talent development within the organization.
- SHRMCP/SHRMSCP Preferred
- Prior Experience in a medical setting preferred
- 5 years in an HR role

Pay: $56,700.00 - $66,659.00 per year
