Job duties/requirements:

• Assist customers with finding best equipment solution for their needs
• Complete intake process for prescriptions for medical equipment
• Be mindful of all HIPAA regulations and all laws governing patient care
• Must be organized and computer savvy
• Be flexible and able to multitask
• Assist with hiring
• Assist with scheduling
• Scanning, confirming and WIP billing documents to billers and payment to accounting assistants for posting.
• Assist with Recording payments collected by delivery drivers in the register.
• Ensures all store staff delivers excellent service to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for scheduling ADA and Home Access appointments, if applicable.
• Assist with Closing of the register and create nightly deposits.
• Assist with managing inventory levels
• Motivates the sales team.
• Manage daily delivery schedule/delivery tickets.
• Assist with managing and training staff
• Assist with customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with Assigning additional duties to keep the store in a presentable condition.
• Assist customers with finding the best equipment solutions for their needs
• Assist with Completing intake process for prescriptions for medical equipment
• Be flexible, able to multi-task and prioritize

Commissions on top of base pay
