We have partnered with a successful non-profit agency to seek out organized, detail-oriented individuals to assist the medical billing department. This is a great opportunity to build upon your current medical knowledge, and enter the field of medical billing!

In this temporary to permanent role, you will process claims and handle rejections, resolve denials, post payments and charges, work with insurance companies on disputed claims and processing issues, prepare analysis and reports as necessary and related duties as assigned.

Hours: Full-time; Monday through Friday with flexible day time hours; between 8:00am – 5:00PM

Salary & Benefits: $19-22/hr plus benefits that include Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 403b Pension Plan, Group Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, PTO and Paid sick leave, Holiday pay

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical experience required.
• Medical billing experience preferred.
• Valid NYS Drivers’ License.
