Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Duration: 1 year contract, 4 extension years available

Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in providing high-quality primary and specialized healthcare services to our patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess excellent clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to professional development and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments as appropriate.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

- Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

- Certified in Family Practice

- Board Certified by ANCC

- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification

- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
