Location: Remote (East Coast hours), with potential travel required for go-live

Job Overview

Seeking a skilled Oncore eReg Consultant to assist with the implementation of Oncore eReg. The consultant will provide expert guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment of the system, working closely with staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Oncore eReg, ensuring adherence to project timelines and goals.
• Collaborate with the staff and stakeholders to understand and address specific needs and requirements.
• Provide expert advice and best practices for the efficient use of Oncore eReg.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure proper utilization of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the implementation process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oncore eReg implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to hit the ground running
• -Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
