Medasource is a Healthcare Consulting company with 4 practices that they provide professional and consulting services in: Technology, Revenue Cycle, Life Sciences and Clinical Services. They are looking for a trainer to come in and assist them in training their Jr. Account Executives in navigating an already existing Sales Training Program. There are 4-5 classes per year and each class is 11 weeks long called Boot Camp. In addition, we have existing programs for continued education (Field Training and Sales II) and Early Leadership Training (ELT).

Management of Sales Education during Boot Camp

• Fully responsible for managing all staff when they move to Boot Camp
• This includes goal setting, one on ones and discipline
• Give performance reviews and feedback to the field
• Responsible for terminating under performers during Boot Camp so they don’t make it to the field
• Lead Litmos or Power Point training sessions
• Perform role plays
• Manage tech talks
• Grade Primer reps when they graduate from Prove IT week and provide feedback to Sales Leadership

Continued Sales Education

• Hold weekly meetings with the AEs in Field (first 8 post Sales bootcamp) and ensure they are hitting Q1 KPIs
• Work with RDs and Leads to come up with plans for reps who struggle to get off the ground
• Create and manage Sales II Training class
• Build out training content on each Practice (and vertical) working with Practice Leaders
• Report to Exec Team and Regional Sales Leadership regarding performance of sales trainees
• Assist our Content team in building a new LMS and CMS system we intend to roll out in the new year.
