As a Telecom Analyst, you will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and managing telecom systems, with a focus on desk phones and softphones. Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Akkadian software is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Programming & Troubleshooting: Program and troubleshoot desk phones and softphones, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
- Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC): Manage and execute moves, adds, and changes for telecom systems, particularly for desk phones and softphones, to meet organizational needs.
- Cisco Call Manager: Utilize Cisco Call Manager for configuring and managing telecom systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Akkadian Software: Leverage Akkadian software for efficient phone system management, including provisioning and user management.
Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain accurate documentation for telecom configurations and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams and users to resolve telecom-related issues effectively.
