Reporting to the Lead Integration Support Engineer, this position stands at the heart of our commitment to service excellence, innovation, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Medaxion’s technology and the healthcare sector, offering unparalleled technical support.
A significant aspect of this role involves playing an instrumental part in the execution of integration projects, including but not limited to, print integration, schedule validation services, and other critical implementation assignments. By working closely with Integration Engineers and other team members, the Advanced Support Specialist ensures seamless project execution and alignment with Medaxion’s overarching goals.
