Reporting to the Lead Integration Support Engineer, this position stands at the heart of our commitment to service excellence, innovation, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Medaxion’s technology and the healthcare sector, offering unparalleled technical support.

A significant aspect of this role involves playing an instrumental part in the execution of integration projects, including but not limited to, print integration, schedule validation services, and other critical implementation assignments. By working closely with Integration Engineers and other team members, the Advanced Support Specialist ensures seamless project execution and alignment with Medaxion’s overarching goals. Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Technical Support: Address escalated technical support inquiries, prioritizing complex data and print integration issues. Utilize thorough research, effective communication, and strategic escalations to provide resolutions.
• Specialized Integration Support: Serve as a key contributor in integration projects, specifically focusing on print integration and schedule validation services. Work in tandem with Integration Engineers to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with objectives. Optimize these essential components for project success, employing precise troubleshooting and resolution tactics for any arising issues.
• Client and Internal Communication: Forge and maintain outstanding rapport with clients while fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams. Utilize a diverse array of communication tools, including Slack, email, and remote sessions, to facilitate effective support and project coordination.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Gain a deep understanding of anesthesia workflows and Medaxion’s technical architecture, aiming for informed and proficient support delivery.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving: Engage in the development of creative solutions to technical issues, driving improvements in Medaxion’s service offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate extensively with remote IT teams, as well as development, engineering, and client operations departments, to achieve unified and consistent outcomes.
• Growth and Development: Demonstrate a commitment to professional advancement within the technical support domain, keeping pace with evolving industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within software or healthcare sectors.
• Proficiency with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and dynamic data applications.
• Knowledge of SaaS software development and modern technical support practices.
• Experience with relational databases, such as SQL, is a plus.
• A proven history of resolving technical issues and contributing to team success.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
