Start Date: Two weeks from the date of position offered.

Pay Break Down based on 36 hours
$1820 Gross/Weekly
Weekly Taxable pay: $540
Weekly Non-Taxable Pay: $1280
Blended/Hourly: $50.55/hr
Sign-In bonus:$250
Completion Bonus:$250

BLS (AHA) - Required
Active OR License is required.
