Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role will require you to be highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Work on-site at our Largo FL office facility

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
