Position Details:

The Client Acquisition Specialist - Long-Term Care is a key role focused on expanding MedElite's network by acquiring new long-term care facility partners. This is a sales-intensive position that requires a candidate with a strong existing book of business within the long-term care industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in growing MedElite’s presence and impact in the geriatric healthcare sector by leveraging relationships and securing new partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential long-term care facility partners
  • Leverage an existing book of business to establish new partnerships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive partner acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with facility decision-makers
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of MedElite’s innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for new partners
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Provide feedback and market insights to help refine MedElite’s offerings

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales within the long-term care industry
  • Existing book of business within long-term care facilities is essential
  • Strong understanding of geriatric healthcare and long-term care facility operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about improving patient care

Salary Range:$80K Commission
