Duties of Staffing Cooorinator / Scheduler:

Coordinating staff for nursing, as needed throughout the facility. This includes receiving and promptly acting on request for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis. This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility. This position also requires some on call duties.

Requirements for Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler:

• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent customer services skills.

• Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to maintain confidentially.
