MedHealth Partners, Angel MedFlight is Hiring a Flight Nurse, Neonatal Intensive Care Near Lawrenceville, GA

```Duties:``

Flight Nurse on a Neonatal Flight Team`
- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns and Adults in Flight.
- Monitor and assess the health status of neonates and adults, including vital signs, respiratory function, and neurological development
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for laboratory testing
- Assist with procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and chest tube insertion
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems

```Qualifications:```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

-Live within 1 hour of a Major Airport in the Continental United States

-Eight days on six days off
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficiency in medical documentation systems
- Experience with patient assessment and monitoring
- Ability to perform venipuncture and administer injections
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
