Part-Time Administrative Assistant at MediaWorx

Hours: 28 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

About MediaWorx:

MediaWorx is a dynamic creative marketing agency specializing in a range of services. We are expanding our team and seeking a part-time receptionist to join us in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Operations:**

- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Answer and direct phone calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

- **Administrative Support:**

- Maintain office supplies and equipment.

- Handle scheduling and calendar management for the team.

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

- Assist with the preparation of reports and client-facing materials

- **Customer Service:**

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

- Respond to inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are equipped properly.

- **Marketing and Event Support:**

- Assist in preparing materials for marketing campaigns and client presentations.

- Provide support for event planning and coordination, including internal and client-focused events.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with CRM software

- Proficient with Social Media Platforms

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.

Schedule:

- **Monday:** 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- **Tuesday:** 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

- **Wednesday:** 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

- **Thursday:** 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- **Friday:** 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
