As the Content Editing Coordinator, you will join a team with vibrant, creative, dedicated editors and health care professionals to create custom client formularies.
You will use your medical and pharmaceutical knowledge to work with specialized internal tools (Lexidrug Information Management System), interpret source documents, and utilize higher levels of expertise in management of digital databases.
You will be working closely with our clients in order to provide ongoing support utilizing our system.In this role, you will report to the Manger, Content Editing and work from your remote home office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Represents WKH-Clinical Solutions in a positive, professional, and customer-focused manner Treats fellow employees and customers in a Fair, Honest, Responsive, and Results-Oriented manner.
Manages client content when contractually obligated based upon client directives. Triage client questions and directs to appropriate internal team to address issues outside of formulary management.
Anticipates, identifies, and seeks solutions for issues or inefficiencies. Achieves productivity by consistently meeting deadlines as defined in the Content Priority Policy and by meeting departmental and individual goals.
or equivalent experience.Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in content editing. Minimum 3 years of experience in medical content editing.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Demonstrated organizational skills Detail-oriented Proficiency in written, verbal communication skills Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment Ability to work independently Ability to make independent and appropriate decisions Experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and XML Experience working in a content management system Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology #LI-Remote Travel Requirements : 5% - minimal travel.
