We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Corporate Marketing and Training Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.
This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a positive attitude towards customer service. The
Corporate Marketing and Training Coordinator will help support the Marketing and Training department in executing marketing programs for our corporate brand and across HMR’s multi-family portfolio.
The position is based at the corporate office in
Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
Assist with overall administration and meeting support for the VP, including reviewing Outlook calendars, setting up meeting invitations, note-taking during calls, and tracking follow-up items.
Greet all visitors to the HMR Corporate office warmly and professionally.Answer corporate phones, manage voicemails, and handle fax communications.
Coordinate lunch and meeting arrangements as needed.Oversee travel coordination for the VP and other team members.
Event & Conference Planning :
Organize and manage industry trainings, events, and conferences both locally and in various regions.Handle registrations for industry trainings.
Plan and execute social media and site event photo campaigns.Develop property brochures, campaigns, and newsletters using tools like Constant Contact.
Property Advertising & Support :
Support property advertising efforts on platforms such as Craigslist and apartments.com.Develop and support property HUD AFHMP advertising (Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan).
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within marketing or training departments.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
Positive and professional attitude towards customer service.Experience with event planning and coordination.Familiarity with social media campaigns and property advertising platforms is a plus.
Provide property site support remotely or in-person as required.Assist with various other projects and tasks as needed to support the VP and the department.
