MARKETING ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION, POLICYAND PROCEDUREReports To : Marketing Manager
Department : MarketingDivision : Face to Face Marketing
Classification : Hourly Non-ExemptJOB SUMMARY : The Marketing Associate is responsible for generating leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible.

Kiosk and showroom locations spaced around outside vendors (Sam’s clubs, Malls, Walmarts)Canvass :
Outside, neighborhoods
WORK HOURS : Hours vary based on department and season. Night and weekends are required for marketing associates
COMPENSATION : Marketing compensation is designed to reward and compensate marketing associates who strive to their best every day.
A sustained effort and a disciplined approach will lead to consistent results and a very rewarding compensation plan. We establish benchmarks and goals that have been realistic and attainable throughout our history as a result of the best training in the industry.
Base Pay : Hourly Rate based on experience ($15-$20 Hourly)Commissions Average $500 per week
