We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our orthodontic office in accomplishing our marketing objectives including building brand awareness and driving patient referrals.

Job includes training for general front desk / answering calls with a main focus on calls on healthcare providers within a specific geographic area and travel among our locations, along with participation in community programs and events, in-office marketing programs, and social platform support.

• 30 hours / week
• Ensure incoming new patient leads are responded to in a timely manner
• Oversee referring doctor relationships and monthly gifting
• Assists in digital content for social media platforms and digital advertising
• Coordinate community event preparation and execution to bring in new patients
• Support practices in-office marketing efforts along with handling inventory
• Perform all other duties, as assigned Qualifications :
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Able to solve issues and problems creatively
• Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• Minimum of 1 yr experience in outside business-to-business sales / marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, 2 years preferred Compensation : $20 - $24 hourly
