General Purpose

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the sales / marketing team.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Answer, screen and transfer inbound sales calls when neededGeneral clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailingPrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments as needed for next steps and move-inKeep collateral inventory and marketing packets preparedConduct tours of the community when neededWork with prospects on transitioning into the communityProvide and Assist with move in Paperwork;

ensure that it is accurateChecking room readiness for tours and move ins. Submitting maintenance / housekeeping requests as neededOther duties as requested by the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales / MarketingEducation and Experience

Sales / marketing skills preferred but not requiredComputer skills and knowledge of relevant softwareKnowledge of operation of standard office equipmentKnowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping*Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office managementKey Competencies
