Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with external partners and harness your creativity, analytical skills, and expertise to make a tangible impact on the business.
This is a project opportunity through the end of 2024 to cover a maternity leave. The role is a hybrid position with an alternating schedule of 1 week WFH and 2nd week is four days in the office located in Wilmington, DE.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities : Assist with creative development and approvalsEnsure execution elements of campaigns are planned for launchMonitor the performance of campaigns to determine if shifts are needed post-launch to optimize performanceAssist with executing awareness and earned media strategyManage marketing budget and proactively identify any risk / opportunities to budgetProvide assistance, if needed, on existing Cardmember event series, partnering with MastercardMarketing Coordinator Requirements : 2 years of experience in financial marketing and / or direct-to-consumer marketing or project managementDirect experience with paid media campaigns is a plusDemonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to solve complex issuesStrong project management & attention to detail skills with the ability to manage multiple media campaigns simultaneouslyStrong relationship management and strong oral and written communication skillsPerks & Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401k ProgramCommuter BenefiteLearningEducation ReimbursementOngoing Training & Development*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
