What you’ll do : Develop and execute a robust employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy in support of the talent goals in Eaton for the Americas region, majorly covering the United States, Canada and Latin America.

• Manage and optimize recruiting channels and technologies to support talent acquisition for both internal and external hiring.
• Lead global initiatives including the employee advocacy program and paid social media. Develop and implement targeted employer branding programs in the region in alignment with Eaton's employment value proposition.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights of employer branding to design customized promotions based on local country cultures as well as aspirations of different talent groups.
• Liaison with corporate communication, HR & business marketing functions to generate content and design materials for internal and external candidates.
• Develop and main a social media content calendar for the region with regular performance metrics Drive candidate experience improvements through new ideas and approaches to customized communications Manage paid social media campaigns through the assigned software system for the global team Lead regional trainings of the tools and systems for your region including CRM, Amplify and EatonJobs Partner with military veterans program leadin the US to develop and execute marketing strategies Manage Eaton profiles on platforms including LinkedIn, The Muse, Fairygodboss, Indeed and BuiltIn Lead the global promotion plan of the employee advocacy program Lead the CRM implementation and training for the global team Qualifications : Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years of experience working in a marketing, employer branding or recruitment advertising role Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
