Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team playerBeing flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities :

Welcome and greet customers with a smileCommunicate well with customers, coworkers, and store managementBecome familiar with merchandise to help customers find what they need and answer questionsOperate a cash register efficiently, including Credit Card transactionsFollow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention proceduresInform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issuesProtect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroomOrganize damaged products and notify management of out-of-stock itemsKeep the store neat and clean by sweeping, dusting, straightening merchandise, and taking out the trashContinuously replenish stock on the sales floorPerform other related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications :

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyCapability to lift 40-60 poundsComfortable working in an environment exposed to varying temperaturesStrong time-management and problem-solving skillsOther Benefits :
