We are looking for a SEO / SEM Specialist to assist in optimizing our paid and organic efforts across multiple platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with in-house marketing teams to create, optimize, and manage our paid and organic campaigns.

This position will be a key role in the overall search engine optimization and marketing efforts. It will focus on increasing our paid and organic search engine visibility, drive visitors to Melissas websites and utilizing data / analytics to improve user experience.

Your Responsibilities (not limited to) :

Perform SEO / PPC related activities such as keyword research, analysis, audits, and A / B testing as neededTrack and analyze website traffic utilizing HubSpot, Google Analytics and Tag Manager to optimize conversions / funnels to improve user experienceTranslate campaign and website data into actionable plans / recommendationsIdentify new opportunities for improving paid / organic search rankings, traffic, conversions, lead generation and downloadsCreate reports and summaries on organic / paid performance for internal communications with recommendations for improvementWork with in-house marketing teams (Web, Graphic, and Copywriting) to assist in creating optimized assets for websites, blogs, ads, and other digital platformsUpdate website content, metadata, and links for maximum optimization and search engine rankingsMonitor performance metrics / KPIs to understand SEO and paid strategy performanceOther duties as assigned

Your Qualifications :

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related role surrounding SEO / SEM / PPCKnowledge in web tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and IspionageBasic understanding of HTML and meta data to implement changesStrong knowledge of search engine algorithms and Google AdsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
