JOB POSTING : Service Writer / Admin - $2000 Signing Bonus

Position Overview :

At Arnold Machinery, we pride ourselves on delivering uncompromised customer satisfaction through our dedicated team of machinery support professionals.

Accurately determining machine warranty status and advising customers accordingly.Ensuring repairs are performed within quoted labor hours.

Ensuring proper authorization procedures are followed for service jobs.Non-essential Job Functions :

Comparing final invoices with service proposals to ensure customer satisfaction.Assisting with the administration of the Service Department.

Skills and Abilities Desired :

We are seeking candidates with :

Ambitious and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic.Detail-oriented and capable of problem-solving with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word, with good mathematical skills.Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

This role involves :

Ability to sit for extended periods, answer phones, and navigate through paperwork.Walking and moving about on foot, often through uneven terrain.

Effective communication abilities, including radio, phone, and in-person interactions.Education and Experience :
