Responsibilities
- Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study and 5 years’ experience OR a Master’s degree and 2 years’ experience. Additional years of equivalent education or related experience in the technology industry may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A systems analyst or business analyst certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis, PMI or an accredited university is preferred.
- Position requires direct work experience utilizing systems workflows, system analysis and documentation preferably in a healthcare setting, which includes:
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with applications/workflows and system implementations;
- An in depth understanding of the overall operations of an enterprise class health care service provider
- Previous experience with one or core application systems is preferred; as is experience with an electronic health record solution.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to train others, proven customer focus as demonstrated by professional demeanor, positive attitude and service orientation, proven collaboration skills and experience working in a team-oriented environment, and the ability to effectively interface and build professional working relationships with all levels of employees including staff, senior leaders, and providers.
- Requires proven problem-solving and conceptual skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Experience with report writing in supported applications (such as Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Oracle Fusion) preferred
