Job Description

We are looking for a Temporary accounting operation coordinator to support MediaTek Finance team for the following task. This will be a 3 ~ 6 months contract.

Accounting Operation Support

1. Pre-screen supporting documents of Payment Request and Business Travel Reimbursement and prepare AP voucher for review,
2. Reconcile credit card statements with payment request and prepare cost allocation report,
3. Accounting Data filing,
4. Re-organize Accounting file room,
5. Support Accounting staff as requested.

Asset Management

1. Prepare and perform annual asset physical count for 9 US locations (remotely, travel not required)
2. Update asset location, keeper, and condition,
3. Prepare asset retirement/disposal list.

Hourly Range: $28 - $35

Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications.

Requirement

• Education: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• Solid understanding of GAAP and ability to apply the principles
• Experience with SAP and ERP reporting tools and excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly motivated self-starter and a team player
• Ability to multi-tasking and work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organization/ problem solving skills and attention to details
• Good communication skill and ability to collaborate with cross function teams and subsidiaries
