MediaTek is on the lookout for a seasoned Corporate Event and Communications Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role is integral to our mission of amplifying MediaTek's global brand through the strategic orchestration of tradeshows, events, and promotional programs across various business units. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in event management, coupled with a proven track record in the successful execution of promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global tradeshows and events, ensuring they align with MediaTek's corporate goals and brand messaging.
• Manage the development and implementation of promotional programs designed to enhance brand visibility and market engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver high-impact events and campaigns.
• Oversee all facets of event management, including but not limited to venue selection, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, budget management, and on-site event execution.
• Act as the primary liaison for event-related communications, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Craft detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and deadlines, ensuring all events and promotional programs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Analyze event outcomes and promotional campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative promotional strategies to keep MediaTek at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in event management and promotional program execution, with a focus on corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, with a knack for fostering collaborative environments.
• Resilient under pressure, with the capacity to handle tight deadlines and pivot as needed to address challenges.
• Availability to travel internationally and domestically as required for event planning, execution, and promotional activities.

Salary range: $120,000 - $155,000

Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
