• You enjoy interacting with patients and caring for their mental health needs.

Responsibilities include providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients in a timely manner who present with urgent, emergent, or potential mental health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization of the physicians practice.

The RMA performs various procedures associated with routine patient encounters, maintains positive relations with patients, family members, visitors and fellow employees. As an RMA, you will also be trained as a TMS tech. He or she will be responsible for scheduling patient consults, verifying insurance coverage and monitor patients during treatments.

• Review patient messages and triage for nurse follow up
• Answer incoming telephone calls on RMA line and assist nurse with letters and prior authorizations
• Assist with communicating with patients and office staff
• Assist with TMS services
• Perform any other related duties as required and/or assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• 12 18 months related experience and/or training
• RMA certified
• CPR certified
