Medical Billing Wholesalers is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative - Dallas

December 17, 2021 Inside Sales Representative - Dallas MBW is a provider of Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCM) to a rapidly growing group of stakeholders in the US based healthcare arena ranging from medical practices and healthcare facilities to hospital systems, as well as to billing companies, Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management companies that service them. While the bulk of MBWs RCM work is done by its offshore counterpart, MBW is opening a Dallas, Texas based Sales and Marketing Office. MBW can service clients in all 50 states, therefore its growth potential and the potential advancement for the right candidate is substantial. The MBW-USA philosophy is to maintain a nonbureaucratic, collegial atmosphere that is more entrepreneurial than corporate. **Work Location: Dallas, TX** **Position Description** The Inside Sales Position is a Dallas, Texas based in office, full time position in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). There is no interaction with patients. This position is comprised of assisting in the management of the MBW sales funnel from the initial inquiry developed through digital initiatives or from other sources,through client acquisition. The funnel opens with an incoming inquiry which must be addressed in a timely and professional manner and narrows through successive steps including developing and prequalifying leads, and thereafter, entering the initial steps of the sales/client conversion stages. Ultimately, the goal is client acquisition and a seamless handoff to the new client onboarding/transition team. Advancement in this position is in line with the candidates ability to progress through the sales funnel stages. To succeed in this position, the candidate must be self-motivated, sales and goal oriented, detail oriented, have a genuine interest in interacting with people, and be excited to help people resolve questions, issues, and concerns, while being patient, personable and persistent in developing potential relationships. The candidates activities will be at the highest level of professionalism and will promote the outstanding reputation of MBW. The candidate will report directly to the Director of Sales/Marketing. **Responsibilities/Tasks:**
  • Timely respond to inquiries
  • Proactively communicate with inquirers
  • Ascertain the needs of the inquirer
  • Maintain all data in the company CRM program
  • Timely and proactively email, phone and video call follow up, all entered into the company CRM in real time
  • Prequalify potential clients
  • Effectively communicate the MBW value proposition
  • Address questions, issues, and concerns from initial inquiry to client acquisition as instructed by the Director of Sales/Marketing
  • Maintain strict code of confidentiality of information and data
  • Develop and maintain contacts with potential leads Perform other duties as assigned. **Skills/ Qualifications required:**
  • A Minimum of Two Years Experience in Sales with direct client or customer contact and a demonstrable track record of success in client acquisition/conversion
  • Excellent communication skills with customers (customer service skills/sales oriented), team and outside organizations
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, and the ability to rapidly become proficient with new computer programs
  • The ability to assess needs
  • The ability to manage a variety of tasks and multiple demands
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A superior work ethic, self-motivation and follow-through Perseverance, Effective problem-solving skills, Effective planning skills; set and achieve goals.
  • Have and use good judgment in work prioritization
  • Effectively adapt to change; be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and changing landscapes
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with HIPPA is a plus
  • Familiarity with Healthcare RCM is a plus **Physical requirements:**
  • Must be able to work at a desk and on a computer for extended periods of time
