Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director (SRD), the District Business Leader (DBL) will be responsible for the leadership of a team of Territory Business Managers (TBM’s) representing two CNS products for Schizophrenia and Bipolar-1 disorder. This will be accomplished by successfully leading, coaching and developing a diverse, high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals within an assigned geographic area.
Territory: 8-10 reps in Greater NYC area, parts of Northern NJ and White Plains & Westchester.
This position offers the potential for career development and a competitive compensation package including new hire equity.
Compensation: Competitive base salary (depending on experience & current comp), $65k ICP, car, all expenses paid and full benefits 401k, plus equity.
