Job Summary And QualificationsAs a member of Medical City Dallas Hospital team, the employee makes a significant contribution to the public’s perception of the hospital. The employee performs all services as they may relate to patient care/treatment with consideration for the age/condition of the patient. The employee performs additional tasks/activities as assigned.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Coordinates and/or performs a variety of quality data management functions to include: medical record abstraction, data entry, database maintenance and report generation, analysis and presentation of data.
- Additionally, the Senior Quality PI Data Coordinator provides clinical expertise necessary for the development and maintenance of meaningful data queries, data collection methods, clinical outcomes measures, reporting systems and data management infrastructures.
- It is the responsibility of each employee to maximize the resources of the hospital.
- Masters degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related preferred.
- At least one year of recent experience in a similar position at an acute care facility. A clinical or HIM background is strongly desired.
- Current RN or other clinical licensure within the State of Texas.
