As a Program Manager I with the KNN Organizational Engagement Team, you will work independently, under the direction of the Kern National Network's (KNN) Senior Manager, Learning and Engagement to manage the activities of KNN Group and Organization engagement. Manage the Group and Organization experiences to achieve established goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating of project tasks. All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.
Preferred Schedule: Fully Remote. Mon-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
