Hyper growth heathcare (medical sales) related SaaS company seeks Assistant IT Manager.

This comapny has forever changed how hospitals veiw compliance and infection control at the C-level which is key in all acute care settings. Opening is due to expansion and growth.
This is an Assistant IT Manager and Production Support position. Open due to hyper growth and expansion. You will report directly to the CCO and CIO. You will oversee dat-to-day production support activities, evaluating and cordinating reporting requirements, managing system fub=nctionality and incident resolution, coordination of optimizing system performance, and ensuing continuos improvements is system stability and operational efficiency. If successful in this role the opportunity to me promoted into a Director and even VP level will be available.
You will work closely with the Founder (ex-Stryker), CEO, President (ex-Philips), COO, CIO, Sales (ex-Stericycle), and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in production support management, collaboration with IT and business teams, incident management and escalation, system and process optimization, documentation and reporting, team leadership and develpoment, compliance, and risk management.
Salary: $75-100K and negoctiable (based on industry standard).
1st year: $100-125K
Bonus: Yes (TBD)

Seeking an Assistant IT Manager who can lead and develop, has experience in production support, system operations, and IT operations. Seeking a solid inderstanding of IT infastructure, including servers, databases, and networking. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Microsoft platforms including Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI (including report writing). And is familiar with production monitoring tools, incident managemnt systems, and performance optimization techniques.
