- Current and valid North Carolina (or compact state) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required
- Minimum 1 years of Long Term Care experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
