Completing an application prior to coming in will assist with the flow of the hiring process.

The Floor Nurse will be responsible for overseeing CNAs on their unit, passing meds, providing treatments, wound care, reporting change of condition to proper personnel along with other general nursing responsibilities, in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as MFA nursing policy and procedures. In addition, they will document daily and provide weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.
