We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who speaks fluent Korean to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to patients at our medical office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing accurate information
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other administrative tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
