Medical Professionals is Hiring a Maintenance technician Near Anderson, IN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all buildings and grounds, and will perform a variety of tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, general carpentry repairs and painting.
This position will be required to be on rotation, on-call (24 / 7) schedule. Some local travel required with the use of a work vehicle.
Education / Experience / Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in general maintenance
- Knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry highly preferred
- Knowledgeable of residential and / or commercial systems components, such as HVAC, electrical and / or plumbing highly preferred
- Facilities experience in a mental health facility or healthcare setting preferred
and drive large and small trucks with standard or automatic transmissions
Must maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
