Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, outgoing, motivated, and willing to go the distance
- Must be fully covid vaccinated (including boosters)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must professional, reliable, and exemplify excellent communication skills with patients and team
Job duties :
- Greet patients as they come into the building or over the phone
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of waiting area
- Direct Patients to the correct floor and office
- Provide general office support and help
- Assist visitors with any questions that they may have
- Collection of Copays, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments and answering phones
