We expect you to:

  • Deliver live webinars, interactive online training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to train and onboard clients on our healthcare solutions.
  • Develop and maintain engaging training materials and documentation.
  • Perform product demonstrations for potential clients and provide ongoing customer support and training.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for customers and users, working closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest healthcare technology and trends to improve our solutions and training materials continuously.
  • Collaborate with IT, product and project management, as well as sales and marketing teams for cohesive product knowledge and effective implementation.
  • Occasionally travel for in-person training sessions, client meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Who You are:

The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare, public health, social work, or related fields, with a keen understanding of either Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity, or Population Health.

Our requirements for this role:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field, with preference for candidates experienced in working with online products within the sectors of healthcare, public health, social work, medical care, community health, or population health.
  • Proven technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support for online workflow solutions and databases.
  • Strong background in creating and delivering training programs, with an ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, data analysis tools, and EHR systems is a plus.
