Wellness Center Manager

Location: Farmington Hills, Michigan

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations: Manage scheduling, staffing, and inventory. Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for clients.
• Lead and develop staff: Train, coach, and mentor a team of wellness professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage client relationships: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate therapies within the concierge medicine model.
• Maintain high standards of care: Ensure all therapies are administered safely and effectively, following best practices and protocols.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Research and implement new therapies and technologies, particularly within concierge medicine, to enhance our offerings.
• Market and promote the center: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase brand awareness, emphasizing the unique value of concierge medicine.
• Manage financial performance: Track revenue and expenses, prepare budgets, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in wellness center management, preferably with concierge medicine.
• Experience with ozone injections, IV infusions, and other holistic therapies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for health and wellness, particularly within the concierge medicine model.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
