Gateway Medical, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks a Full-Time Office Assistant for our Office in Lexington County, SC.Responsibilities Include
- Answers the telephone and directs calls appropriately.
- Orders supplies, and maintains office equipment.
- Greets visitors.
- Monitors office reports.
- Receives notifications via tasks for patients to be scheduled.
- Reviews the patient's visit frequency to determine disciplines needed.
- Reviews staff scheduling to asses staff availability on ongoing basis.
- Contacts staff members by phone to notify them of any required same day visits.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Minimum of 1-year previous experience preferred.
- Do you have previous Health Insurance processing experience?
