Medical Solutions is Hiring a Client Marketing Associate Near Charlotte, NC

WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions Ltd. is a recognized global leader in the international healthcare recruitment industry. We predominantly recruit international healthcare professionals from around the world to work in the United States. We are vital to hospitals and medical centers around the country. In addition, we significantly impact the lives of the healthcare professions we work with. With office locations in North Carolina, Idaho, the Philippines and Dubai, the company is growing rapidly and expanding at all locations. This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Client Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and analyzing marketing efforts from WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions for hospitals & health care systems to leverage health staff recruits and services.

In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze marketing efforts across email, social media, trade shows, and various digital platforms. This role will include developing materials for New Clients, Existing Clients, and additional organizations for sales development.

The position reports to the VP of Marketing. Within the organization, the position has primary working relationships with Marketing, New Business Development, Client Management, Recruiting, Operations, IT, and our team in the Philippines. Externally, the position would work with our agency and consulting partners.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive client engagement and additional revenue opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, creative development and advertising efforts across all channels.
  • Develop target client profiles, including marketing plans towards various segments.
  • Manage data collection and lead analytics/reporting around client contacts and marketing performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor market trends, study industry insights, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in design and messaging across all channels
  • Create/build relationships with new client facing partners and organizations (health care associations).
  • Collaborate with team to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement across the organization where possible (including automation, efficiency, data management).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong skills and proficiency working with Google Platform & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities
  • Maintains an opportunity mindset
  • Skill in communicating both professionally and diplomatically with a diverse range of cultural, social, economic and educational backgrounds

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
  • Ability to provide strategic direction and create marketing briefs rooted in insights
  • Experience in analytics: Data gathering, analysis, reporting
  • Experience in social media and digital—paid & organic (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in database management/ CRM (Hub Spot)
  • Interest/ experience in Health Care and/or Recruitment
  • Interest/ experience in Global Business
