Well-established busy specialty practice seeking experienced front office medical receptionist and clerk

Job Duties: (not limited to posted)

*Kindly greet at entrance and exit, and process patient information for charting and office visits

*Insurance verifications and data entry

*Answer telephones

*Schedule appointments

*Collect co-pays and deductibles, provide financial estimates

*Perform electronic transactions

*Become fluent with knowledge of office procedures and products to provide comprehensive information to patients

Job Requirements:

*Bilingual: English and Spanish mandatory

*Previous experience in medical office, other than internship

*Marketing and selling experience

*Medical manager software experience

*Computer literate for electronic medical records and office marketing

*Experience with social media posting
