We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information/orders and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products to customers when applicable
- Analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, (both verbal and written) with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with QuickBooks software
