Family or Internal Medicine Physician, LOCUM position

July - November

Family or Internal Medicine Physician needed on a part time, locum basis starting in July through approximately November for our primary care clinic located in Houston, Texas (77012).  Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. This individual will care for an all adult patient population, on-site at an Employee Health and Wellness Center,

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited United States School of Medicine; MD or DO
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Current unrestricted Texas license from the Texas Medical Board
• Current DEA Certificate
• BLS - Basic Life Support Certification
