Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients upon arrival
  • Sending patients paperwork and assisting with questions.
  • Updating patient records
  • Providing excellent service to patients
  • Ensuring all patient information is accurate and up to date
  • Protect all patient and confidential information
  • Directing calls and patients to the appropriate department

Qualifications:

  • Stong written and verbal communication
  • Prior Dental Administrative experience mandatory
  • Stong computer skills; including MS Office.
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to participate as a team member
  • Good organizational skills
  • Dentrix or Ascend experience a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
