Duties And Responsibilities
- Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant.
- Stock, organize and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes.
- Put away requisitions each day, ensuring all items are stocked appropriately for the following shift.
- Perform all side work as assigned.
- Keep the bar clean, safe, and presentable while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the Club’s service standards.
- Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus.
- Communicate orders with Members and Guests, ring orders through POS and serve orders promptly and accurately.
- Assist with to-go orders and specialty orders as needed.
- Make heartfelt food and beverage recommendations to Members and Guests.
- Own every Member request.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a willingness to serve with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must work effectively with a team.
- Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events and most holidays.
- Must be BASSET certified.
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 35lbs.
- Experience in private clubs is a plus.
